 We are lucky so many small business owners call Morganton home and what a great place Moondog pizza is! Service is excellent, even over the top. Pizza is cooked perfectly and oh so generous! We come quite often and no disappointments here in any visit.

 My wife, daughter and I went to Morganton on Saturday basically just to try Moondog. Man oh man am I glad we did. As luck would have it, the owner was filling in for some wait staff that evening. She was incredibly gracious and helped us with her personal recommendations from the menu. My wife had the French country salad and I had the Caesar. Both were crisp and delicious with a very flavorful dressing. The garlic knots were hot and the dipping sauce fantastic. We split a Moondoggery, with some to spare afterward, and it was amazing. Seriously, this is some of the best pizza I have ever had. Throw in a wide array of NC based fermented beverages and you get 5 stars in my book!!
